DELIVERIES

You will receive updates regarding your tracking information via email and an estimated delivery date. You can also follow the progress in your account under ‘My Orders’. If there's something additional you want to know about your order, please get in touch with our customer services at help@trope.store.

We dispatch all orders placed before 1 pm the same working day. During our sale periods, it can get very busy and orders may take a little longer to be dispatched but we will let you know of any delays as soon as possible.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

PASSWORD PROBLEMS

Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

We can't access your password on your behalf as the database is encrypted for your security.

 

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL

We use Paypal as payment gateway to process all international checkouts. When instructing payments, users have access to several options: credit or debit card payment, linked bank accounts, or directly from their PayPal balances. PayPal payments are not only limited to users who are currently registered on the platform. 

If you do not have or can not register for a PayPal account and expect that you may have to make payments via the service, then you could find the following steps useful: 

1. Click on the “Pay Now” button

Registered PayPal users or merchant accounts have the ability to create and send invoices through the platform in order to request a payment via email.

When a non-PayPal user receives said email or would like to pay for an online product and chose PayPal as their method of payment, they have the option to pay as a guest. 

2. Entering your card details

Without a PayPal account, you will only be allowed to use the following payment options: debit card and credit card.

Keep in mind, however, that you will be prompted to create an account.

Although, if you wish to proceed without one, then simply enter your card details.

As mentioned previously, credit and debit cards are the most costly payment option that PayPal supports.

You will have to keep in mind that spending a bit of time registering for an account could potentially save you quite a bit of money. 

3. Confirmation

Once you have reviewed all the payment information, you can then proceed with the payment.

You will then be notified via email (check your spam inbox if you do not see the receipt in over 10 minutes after the payment was made). 

 

CURRENCIES YOU CAN PAY IN

The currency that you can shop with is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD for a competitive exchange rate.

Please note: We do not accept cash on delivery or instalments as payment.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders shipped to customers, we don't include the cost of taxes and duties in your order. The price you pay to Trope will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.

 

DATA SECURITY WHEN YOU PAY

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. For further details, please see our Privacy Policy.

 

IF YOU SUSPECT FRAUD

Given our high levels of security, it's very unlikely fraudulent use of your card will take place on our website. But if a fraudulent transaction does take place, first contact your credit or debit card company so they can protect your card and reimburse you. Then let us know at help@trope.store and we will work with your card company to minimise any further inconvenience to you. 

 

PRE-ORDERS

All Products are available to ship unless it is a pre-order item. All pre-order Products have an estimated ship date, that indicates the date that the Product will be shipped out from our warehouse, but these Products may arrive sooner or later than specified. Credit cards are charged at the time of the pre-order, subject to our usual fraud checks. Estimated shipping date is published online. Trope is not liable for delays, cancellations or changes to pre-ordered items made during production. If a pre-ordered item will not be shipped out by the estimated shipping date, the customer will be notified and, at the customer’s election, either refunded in full or provided with an updated estimated shipping date. If an order includes both available and pre-ordered items, at least two separate deliveries will be most likely made to the customer.
